Currently, all sessions are offered via Telehealth, so you can meet with me from the comfort of your own space.
I use “Sessions Health” which is a fully compliant HIPAA platform.

At this time, yes. I’m hoping to expand my services in the future, so keep an eye out for new opportunities as I continue to grow.

I work with individuals ages 12-70, many who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and the emotional challenges that come with everyday life. I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds and strive to create an affirming, safe space where you feel heard and supported. Most importantly, I focus on helping you build practical skills so you can feel more confident, grounded, and aligned with your best self.

The first session is the time for us to begin establishing true rapport. I’ll gather important information about what’s bringing you in, your goals, relevant history, and overall mental wellness. Sessions typically last around 53-60 minutes. Most importantly, this is a conversation, not an interrogation. My goal is for you to feel comfortable and at ease. Authentic, honest dialogue is encouraged, and all emotions are welcome here - tears, laughter, and everything in between.

When we begin working together, weekly sessions are typically recommended to build momentum and support progress. Over time, sessions may shift to bi-weekly. That said, I understand that time and financial considerations are very real. We’ll collaborate on a schedule that feels realistic and supportive for you.
The length of therapy varies based on your goals and progress. For some, therapy is a short-term resource (around 6 months). For others, it may be longer term (1-2 years). Some clients choose to continue ongoing sessions beyond that as a source of stability, reflection, and support as new challenges arise.
There is no set timeline for therapy. The pace and duration are guided by your needs, goals, and therapeutic progress. Ultimately, the goal is for you to build the confidence and skills to rely on therapy less over time, while knowing that support is always one call (or email) away.

Fees for therapy can vary based on insurance coverage. For self-pay clients, initial sessions are $200 and follow up sessions are $175. If I am out of network with your insurance, I can provide superbills for you to submit for potential reimbursement.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This can be done by phone, email, or through the client portal messaging system.
If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or you do not attend your scheduled appointment, the full session fee will be charged as a late cancellation/no-show fee.
This policy allows me to hold consistent time for clients and provide quality care.

Everything you share in therapy is confidential and stays between us. The only time confidentiality may be broken is if there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or someone else, or if the law requires it. Otherwise, your privacy is always respected.

Therapy can be helpful for anyone, no matter how big or small your concerns feel. It provides a safe, neutral space to explore and express your thoughts and feelings and develop practical tools and skills to help you navigate life more confidently.
If at any point you feel uncertain about your therapy journey, we’ll pivot together. If needed, I can also help you find another therapist who might be a better fit. Your comfort and growth are what matter most.
